I am getting there…

“Your work is to discover your work and then with all your heart to give yourself to it.”
Hindu Prince Gautama Siddharta, the founder of Buddhism, 563-483 B.C.

I need to take a very deep breath and to relax in order to be more efficient.  I also need to re-center myself.  I feel so spread out, so many things to be done.
Like a deer caught in a car’s head lights, I am frozen or rather incapacitated to move productively.
Mind you, Saturday’s migraine, sure did not help any.
I can see myself evolving internally though, but at this very moment it’s only in thought form, nothing really concrete.  I guess it’s just the beginning of some kind of transformation…

Meditation is what I need, and will be my goal for the next few months…

What are your goals for the next few months?  I’d love to know 🙂

  1. Thank you, KarenTracy, I'm glad to see I am not alone in this meditating struggle of mine. I intend to make it work though, Thank you so much for your wishes 🙂

  2. This is such encouragement, Anyes! I've been a yoga practitioner for many years, and some meditation off & on. This summer my meditation practice slumped while I was closing my online shop… I look forward to carving out more time to meditate and be still–I need that solace of quiet. Best wishes are you journey the meditative path. :o)

  3. I've already shared my goals and challenges for the next few months with you. 😉 Good luck on yours.I'm glad your migraine is gone. I used to have them frequently, but found out that I had food allergies that led to many of them. I don't have them nearly as often now. Or course I do still get the ones caused by weather changes and hormones, but not as many as I would have thought.

Talk to me, I am listening :-)
