Spread love everywhere you go:
First of all in your own house…
let no one ever come to you without leaving better and happier.
Be the living expression of God’s kindness;
kindness in your face, kindness in your eyes, kindness in your smile, kindness.
Mother Teresa of Calcutta

I believe that to a certain extent the energy we emit ourselves, is in a way creating the world we are living in, With this in mind, I want to be the change I wish to see around me. I got so excited to be invited by Se’Lah to co-host something wonderful. This, is in my mind, a first step in the right direction.
Care to join Se’lah and I on November 13th for the World Kindness Day, in doing something that will make everyone feel better? You are invited, and it’s going to be awesome!
I'm late coming to this wonderful idea, Anyes, but as I go through the day I'll be searching for opportunities and ways to leave kindness in my wake. Have a joyful day!

World Kindness Day was meant to encourage people to reflect on beliefs or actions that caused separations. But over the years, as World Kindness Day took shape, varied organizations placed more emphasis on finding ways that people could join people together and make a difference in their communities, countries, and the world. http://www.liquidhip.com/2010/08/random-acts-of-kindness-tend-to-spread.html

Anyes, I just put the date in my calendar. I'm hoping to be at a quilt retreat that day, but don't you worry, I'll be participating. I'll blog and connect with you and Se'Lah when I return. I'm looking forward to both the RAK day and the retreat!

Oh, I love this, Anyes! And I would love to join you & Se'Lah for a day of kindness sharing! I so much agree with you… It is so often the small things, a moment to help someone, a kind word to lift spirits, a gift given from the heart, that makes all the difference to someone… and to us who give! :o) Happy Day ((HUGS)
