Already four days I was not able to post as usual and I feel like I am having withdrawal pains. Could blogging be addictive? I wonder…
My laptop is still at the doctor’s and I heard those dreaded words…
“it’s the Motherboard”…Whatever this means, I doubt it’s good news
In practical terms my blogging ability is being temporarily reduced.
Our Summer plans are still quite foggy but I believe it will be “staycations” for us.
So I take this opportunity to have a blogging break of sort
and will be seeing you all in about two or three weeks.

i took my macbook up into the atlas mountains, big mistake! came back down with blue lines all over it…had to buy a new screen, and was offline until i could get one. maddening how relient we are on computers now. enjoy your holiday š

Enjoy your break. The motherboard is a circuit board that all the electronics plug into. Basically it runs your computer. The central processing unit, the chip that does all the work plugs into it. Also your sound card, video card and memory are attached to it. You are correct about the seriousness of the situation. Hope it gets fixed soon!
