A bit out of focus

Yesterday while being at Sweet Son’s soccer game I got to walk around admiring nature’s gifts. Being the amateur photograph I am, I tried to get some shots and I had a problem with the AF (AutoFocus) position on my camera. It would not focus at all so I desperation had to switch to MF (Manual Focus). I should confess something here. For the last two years I am  having a bit of an eyesight issue, nothing important really, just plain part of growing up

Anyways… I found myself struggling to have a clear shot and all the photographs you see here today are what I got to shoot. I have to say that I doubt I will ever return to AF position, this is how I wanted my photograph to look to begin with …I just did not know it…

The light on those last December leaves was brilliant. Inspiring and breathtaking at the same time. I felt so lucky being outside on this gorgeous day taking my photographs. The skies had opened for a bit, the sun came to visit for the morning and I felt so alive. I got to wonder if I ever would have tried this new focus position had it not been for the problem I had in the beginning…
