…Still feeling quite foggy in my head and in my heart I force myself to keep on going…
…Smiling regardless of what I feel inside knowing that time is the best remedy to fill this void in my heart…
…Day after day the passing of time is slowly dulling the ache I feel and I am getting used to this strange state of heart…Ā
Hoping all is well with you dear friend and wishing you a beautiful Sunday š
Another one here that agrees about Honey’s words! The way the words formed that phrase was beautiful š
Don’t lose heart dear friend…the fog will clear soon enough š
Take care and hope you had a lovely Sunday too š

Just take your time, and do not forget to breathe! Go slow and take care of yourself–treat your body and mind well. As time passes, you will begin to see clearly again. My prayers are with you, Dear Friend.

Honey’s words are true. My friend, do not push yourself to be anything but what you are in the moments. Grief takes time — it’s own time and you need to honour that. Allow your emotions to “be” and allow yourself to feel them. There is no timetable and no need to force yourself to pretend. Brian is right — it is a journey. xo
