Being myself…

“You’ll learn, as you get older, that rules are made to be broken.
Be bold enough to live life on your terms, and never, ever apologize for it.
Go against the grain, refuse to conform, take the road less traveled instead of the well-beaten path.
Laugh in the face of adversity, and leap before you look.
Dance as though EVERYBODY is watching.
March to the beat of your own drummer.
And stubbornly refuse to fit in.”
― Mandy Hale, The Single Woman: Life, Love, and a Dash of Sass

Marchez a votre propre rythme.
Et refusez obstinément de vous intégrer » .

  1. The good thing about being ourselves is that nobody can do it better than we can. Scary just the same. I find that my biggest critic, and biggest restraint is me. Which is wrong. And a work in progress.

  2. I find myself, often, writing about the very things I try to do. I don’t always succeed, but in general, I feel a transformation in process. I suspect, in your own way, you do as well. So good to see your beautiful work and read your insightful words as well. Hugs sweet friend 🙂

  3. Ah…that *is* a lot to aspire to…however, it is possible …though to be very honest, it does make me feel a little scared…you know? 🙂 Thanks for the reminder Anyes!
